Our crew of specialists will work diligently to get your request taken care of as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving all requests as quickly as possible. All work is scheduled in priority order based upon the urgency of the request. Please note that when you report maintenance requests to us, that we will be entering your unit to complete repairs unless you make other arrangements.

Maintenance Emergencies

Maintenance Emergencies consist of ruptured plumbing lines, no heat and other issues that require urgent attention only. In these cases, please call the emergency line at (614) 332-6342. Please do not call this number for normal requests.

If you ever smell an odor of gas, or have any suspicion that you may have a gas leak in your unit, please immediately call Columbia Gas at 460-2222 or 1-800-344-4077.

Please note, maintenance issues such as clogged sink drains, lack of air conditioning, broken washer or dryers, etc. are not considered emergencies. For this type of issue we request that you e-mail or call our standard maintenance request line at (614) 261-3600.
