Rental Procedures

All applicants must:
1) Complete rental applications (see below).
2) Once all aplications are approved the applicants must pay the full security deposit, equivalent to the monthly rental payment, in order to hold the unit.
3) All aplicants must read and sign the lease agreement.
4) All applicants must have a co-guarantor sign the lease, typically a parent or legal guardian. In some instances we will accept the prepayment of June and July rent instead of having a co-guarantor signing the lease.

Rental Application

If you would like to apply to rent a property, please print and fill out the application below. If you have roommates, all of the roommates must fill out an application and all of the applications must be delivered together to our office at 2935 Kenny Road  Suite 100.  Columbus, OH 43221. This may be done in-person, left in our drop-box next to the office door, or mailed in. However, we recommend dropping off the application in-person, since applications are processed in the order received.

All leases start August 20th 2012. All leases are for 11 and 1/2 months, ending August 1st, 2013. 

All leases, including renewals, must be signed by students and parent guarantors. In some instances we will accept the prepayment of May and June rent instead of having a co-guarantor signing the lease.

Prepayment of the last installment of rent (July) will be required from all tenants 30 days from the initial signing date of the lease.

The first installment of rent must be paid in full before any keys are distributed. Your first month's rent is due August 1st and rental payments are to be paid on the first of each month thereafter.

No pets are allowed.

Tenants pay all utilities. Tenant is responsible for setting up all utilities except water.

A security deposit is not an advance rental payment and cannot be used toward rent. The security deposit is returned thirty days after lease expiration.
